India, May 15 -- JSW Energy on Friday announced the commencement of operations of a 250-megawatt renewable energy project in Himachal Pradesh.

With the latest addition, the company's total installed power generation capacity has increased to 13.7 GW, according to an exchange filing.

The company said it has successfully commissioned 250 MW of renewable energy capacity since April 2026, including 130 MW of wind power, 69.4 MW of solar power and the 50 MW Tidong Hydro Plant.
