India, May 19 -- JSW Cement has deferred its board meeting that was originally scheduled for Monday to approve its March quarter earnings, citing shortage of time.
In a regulatory filing, the company said the meeting will now be held on May 21, 2026, at 11:00 am to consider and approve the audited standalone as well as consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The company added that the decision to adjourn the meeting was taken with the consent of all board members.
