India, Aug. 11 -- Jonjua Overseas Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with entrepreneur Anjali Sharma for cooperation and facilitation in developing a private rooftop helipad near the National Highway at Rampur BSR, Himachal Pradesh.
The proposed helipad is aimed at improving connectivity in the remote Himalayan region and supporting tourism, emergency services and economic activities. The project will be subject to necessary statutory, aviation, safety, environmental and other regulatory approvals.
Jonjua Overseas has constituted a two-member team comprising Chairman-cum-Managing Director Major Harjinder Singh Jonjua (Retd.) and Director Harmanpreet Singh Jonjua for the project.
