India, Sept. 7 -- Jindal Stainless Ltd has entered into a technical assistance agreement with Japan's JFE Steel Corporation to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities for selected grades of ferritic stainless steel.
Under the agreement, JFE Steel will provide technical assistance focused on improving product quality and manufacturing practices for ferritic stainless steel grades.
Ferritic stainless steel is widely used across sectors including automotive components, railway coaches, kitchen equipment, industrial machinery and construction. The company said the segment represents an important growth opportunity, particularly across value-added applications.
