India, Oct. 28 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.59 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 12.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 0.16 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.28 per cent at Rs 81.38 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 74.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.34 per cent to Rs 64.61 crore from Rs 58.03 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 26.40 per cent at Rs 2.23 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 3.03 crore).
