India, Sept. 29 -- ITCONS E-Solutions Ltd has secured a Rs 69.4 crore manpower outsourcing contract from UP Power Transmission Corporation Limited (UPPTCL) / UP State Load Dispatch Centre.
Under the two-year contract, the company will deploy 114 resources for manpower outsourcing services. The contract will commence on October 1, 2026, and remain valid until September 30, 2028, unless extended by mutual agreement.
The order, valued at Rs 69,400,954.24 including all duties and taxes, has been awarded by a domestic entity. The company said the contract does not involve any interest from its promoter group and does not fall under related-party transactions.
