India, May 29 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.97 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 46.47 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 22.05 per cent at Rs 26.02 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 33.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 20.83 per cent to Rs 22.80 crore from Rs 28.80 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 83.33 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.12 crore).
