India, Sept. 25 -- Indian Railways has approved the extension of Train Nos. 11901/11902 Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi–Agra Cantt Express up to Mathura, adding a direct rail service between Jhansi, Agra and Mathura.
Following the extension, Train No. 11901 will operate from Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi to Mathura, while Train No. 11902 will run in the reverse direction from Mathura to Jhansi. The total route length will increase from 217 km to 270 km.
Under the revised schedule, Train No. 11901 will leave Jhansi at 4:00 PM and arrive at Mathura at 11:00 PM. The return service, Train No. 11902, will depart Mathura at 5:05 AM and reach Jhansi at 12:50 PM.
The extended route will include commercial stops at Raja Ki Mandi, Runkuta, Deen Da...
