India, Sept. 24 -- Indian Railways has completed the final 17.5-km Taroki-Rowghat section of the Dallirajhara-Rowghat New Rail Line Project in Chhattisgarh, marking a key milestone for connectivity in the remote areas of South Chhattisgarh.
The section is a single-line electrified broad-gauge track under the Raipur Division of South East Central Railway. The Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS) inspection and speed trial have been completed, covering the track, bridges, electrification, signalling and other safety arrangements ahead of commissioning.
