India, May 13 -- IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd. on Thursday, 30 April 2026, has announced Final dividend of 300 percent and Special dividend of 300 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 19 June 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 19 June 2026.
The last five dividends are 200% Special dividend (Ex Date : 06 June 2025), 300% Final dividend (Ex Date : 06 June 2025), 200% Final dividend (Ex Date : 07 June 2024), 200% Final dividend (Ex Date : 11 May 2023) and 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 01 September 2022).
