India, Nov. 3 -- IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Paix Hospitality LLP to develop a 92-key Holiday Inn Resort in Sasan Gir, Gujarat.
The resort is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2031 and will mark the company's expansion into one of India's prominent wildlife tourism destinations.
Commenting on the development, IHG Hotels & Resorts Managing Director for South West Asia, Sudeep Jain, said the partnership with Paix Hospitality LLP would help strengthen the company's presence in Gujarat's leisure tourism market and tap into the growing potential of Sasan Gir as a wildlife tourism destination.
