India, May 21 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.59 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 48.04 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.26 per cent at Rs 225.97 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 189.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.75 per cent to Rs 206.70 crore from Rs 169.77 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 141.94 per cent at Rs 0.75 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.31 crore).
