India, Aug. 25 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.08 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 15.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 28.15 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.15 per cent at Rs 150.88 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 164.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.84 per cent to Rs 136.18 crore from Rs 144.62 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 20.13 per cent at Rs 11.22 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 9.34 crore).
