India, Oct. 8 -- Him Teknoforge Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Germany-based Richard Neumayer GmbH to develop a broader and long-term strategic cooperation between the two companies.
Signed on October 6, 2026, the MoU covers potential collaboration in joint market development, customer opportunities, product and manufacturing capabilities, sales and logistics models, as well as the evaluation of other strategic opportunities.
The companies will also explore a potential joint stainless-steel forging business. The MoU is initially valid for 12 months, unless extended or replaced through mutual agreement.
