India, May 13 -- High Energy Batteries (India) Ltd. on Tuesday, 12 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 150 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 12 June 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 12 June 2026.
The last five dividends are 150% Final dividend (Ex Date : 06 June 2025), 150% Final dividend (Ex Date : 22 May 2024), 175% Final dividend (Ex Date : 16 June 2023), 150% Final dividend (Ex Date : 15 June 2022) and 50% Special dividend (Ex Date : 27 July 2021).
