India, June 12 -- Hexaware Technologies Ltd. announced that a U.S. federal court has dismissed all claims brought by Natsoft Corporation and its affiliate Updraft LLC against the company and its U.S. subsidiary, marking a significant legal win for the IT services provider.

The United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois dismissed Natsoft's patent infringement allegations covering nine patents across two patent families. The court ruled that the patents asserted by Natsoft were based on broad and abstract concepts rather than specific inventions, making them ineligible for patent protection under U.S. law.
