India, July 27 -- Guar seed futures declined 0.70% to Rs 6,085 per quintal on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) on Monday, weighed down by ample supplies in the market.

The August delivery contract fell by Rs 43 to Rs 6,085 per quintal, with an open interest of 47,165 lots.

Market participants attributed the decline to increased arrivals and ample supplies from key growing regions, which put pressure on guar seed prices.
