India, Oct. 15 -- Guar seed futures prices rose by Rs 176, or 2.20%, to Rs 8,172 per quintal on Thursday, supported by increased investor participation.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), guar seed contracts for November delivery traded at Rs 8,172 per quintal, with an open interest of 79,620 lots.
Market participants attributed the rise in guar seed futures to increased bets by investors.
