India, Oct. 5 -- Guar seed futures gained on Monday, supported by increased buying interest from investors.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), guar seed contracts for October delivery rose Rs 43, or 0.62%, to Rs 6,930 per quintal. Open interest in the contract stood at 53,850 lots.
Market participants attributed the rise in guar seed futures to higher bets by investors, which supported prices during the session.
