India, Aug. 13 -- Guar seed futures prices fell Rs 66 to Rs 6,168 per quintal on Thursday, pressured by rising supplies from key producing regions.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), guar seed contracts for September delivery declined 1.06% to Rs 6,168 per quintal, with an open interest of 48,180 lots.
Market participants attributed the decline in guar seed prices to ample supplies from growing areas, which weighed on market sentiment.
