India, June 23 -- Guar seed futures slipped on Tuesday as increased arrivals from producing regions weighed on prices. On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for July delivery fell by Rs 26, or 0.43%, to Rs 5,973 per quintal.
The contract recorded an open interest of 57,195 lots. Market participants attributed the decline in prices to ample supplies and rising arrivals in key guar-producing regions, which pressured market sentiment.
