India, Oct. 26 -- Guar gum futures fell by Rs 376, or 2.35%, to Rs 15,602 per quintal on Monday, as traders reduced their positions amid weakness in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), guar gum contracts for November delivery declined to Rs 15,602 per quintal, with an open interest of 64,925 lots.
Market participants attributed the decline to subdued spot demand and ample supplies from producing regions, which continued to weigh on prices.
