India, June 12 -- GSP Crop Science Ltd. has completed the acquisition of the remaining 21% equity stake in GSP Intermediates Private Limited (GIPL), strengthening its control over the subsidiary.
The company acquired 31.5 lakh equity shares of face value ?10 each from the existing shareholder of GIPL on June 11, 2026, completing the transaction late in the evening.
Following the acquisition, GSP Crop Science's shareholding in GIPL has increased from 79% to 100%, making GIPL a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
The move is expected to provide GSP Crop Science with greater operational and strategic control over GIPL, enabling streamlined decision-making and improved integration within the group's business operations.
