India, Aug. 17 -- Greaves Cotton has acquired the remaining 20% stake in Excel Controlinkage through a secondary transaction, making the company a wholly owned subsidiary.
The acquisition was completed on August 13, taking Greaves Cotton's total shareholding in Excel Controlinkage to 100%, the company said in a statement.
The transaction marks the completion of a multi-stage acquisition process that began in April 2023, when Greaves Cotton entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Excel Controlinkage.
