India, Oct. 30 -- Goodluck India Limited has received a domestic order worth approximately Rs. 58.20 crore for the manufacture and delivery of 155mm HE ERFB (BB) empty shells with lifting plugs.
The order has been awarded by a domestic entity, whose name has not been disclosed due to confidentiality requirements. The company is required to execute the order within 90 days, as per the prescribed delivery schedule, subject to the necessary approvals from the competent authority.
The company clarified that neither the promoter group nor its group companies have any interest in the awarding entity. The order also does not fall under related-party transactions.
