India, March 16 -- Goodluck Defence & Aerospace Ltd has commenced its first overseas dispatch of 155 mm heavy calibre empty shells from its manufacturing facility in Uttar Pradesh, marking its entry into the global defence supply chain.

The dispatch is part of a USD 6 million export order, with the first batch formally flagged off by Mahesh Chandra Garg, Chairman and Managing Director of Goodluck India Ltd.

The company said it established a dedicated manufacturing facility for 155 mm heavy calibre empty shells, followed by securing technical validations, manufacturer approvals, and regulatory clearances, enabling it to participate in international defence supply chains.
