India, March 20 -- Gold prices climbed in futures trade on Friday, gaining Rs 1,914 to Rs 1.46 lakh per 10 grams, tracking firm global trends.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold for April delivery rose 1.32% to Rs 1,46,868 per 10 grams.
The uptick was supported by improved market sentiment amid signs of easing geopolitical tensions in West Asia, according to analysts.
