India, Oct. 27 -- Gold futures prices declined by Rs 814 to Rs 1,42,259 per 10 grams on Tuesday, weighed down by subdued demand in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold contracts for December delivery fell by Rs 814, or 0.57%, to Rs 1,42,259 per 10 grams, with a business turnover of 1,449 lots.
Analysts attributed the decline in the precious metal's futures prices to weak spot demand.
