India, June 1 -- Godrej Properties has strengthened its presence in the National Capital Region by securing a 23.2-acre residential land parcel in Greater Noida through an e-auction. The company plans to develop a large-scale housing project on the site with an estimated revenue potential exceeding Rs 7,000 crore.
The land parcel, measuring around 93,905 square metres, is located within the DMIC Integrated Township in Greater Noida. The auction was conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Ltd.
The acquisition aligns with Godrej Properties' expansion strategy in key residential markets and is expected to further enhance its project pipeline in the NCR region.
