India, March 18 -- Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has acquired a ~20-acre land parcel in East Bengaluru, where it plans to develop a premium residential project with an estimated revenue potential of around ?1,350 crore.
The site is located near NH-648 Main Road within the Whitefield growth corridor, a key residential and commercial hub known for its strong presence of technology companies and service-driven employment. Its proximity to the Whitefield–ITPL region, along with connectivity via the NH-648 corridor and nearby metro stations such as Kadugodi and Hopefarm on the Purple Line, enhances accessibility across the city.
