India, Aug. 18 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.78 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 13.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 21.94 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.20 per cent at Rs 14.88 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.75 per cent to Rs 2.37 crore from Rs 2.03 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 47.09 per cent at Rs 3.64 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 6.88 crore).
