India, Aug. 26 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.52 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 15.38 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.71 per cent at Rs 218.72 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 250.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.17 per cent to Rs 199.76 crore from Rs 230.07 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
