India, Aug. 13 -- GAIL (India) Ltd said the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoP&NG) has nominated Dr Banwari Lal and Smt. Rupa Saikia as Non-Official Independent Directors on the company's Board.
The appointments will be for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, as per the ministry's letter dated August 12, 2026.
The company said it is taking the necessary steps to complete the appointment formalities, with the requisite disclosures to be submitted in due course.
