India, Aug. 18 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.57 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 12.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 25.93 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.83 per cent at Rs 75.42 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 81.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.89 per cent to Rs 103.78 crore from Rs 98.94 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 30.35 per cent at Rs 52.27 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 40.10 crore).
