India, Aug. 21 -- Foods & Inns Ltd. on Saturday, 30 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 30 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 18 September 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 18 September 2026.
The last five dividends are 30% Final dividend (Ex Date : 15 September 2025), 30% Final dividend (Ex Date : 13 September 2024), 25% Special dividend (Ex Date : 01 September 2023), 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 01 September 2023) and 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 14 September 2022).
