India, May 13 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.20 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 10.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 61.75 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 47.30 per cent at Rs 26.15 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 49.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 43.36 per cent to Rs 21.88 crore from Rs 38.63 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs -0.04 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
