India, Aug. 26 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.77 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 12.76 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 31.27 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.97 per cent at Rs 212.84 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 204.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.70 per cent to Rs 195.60 crore from Rs 181.62 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 40.59 per cent at Rs 6.65 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.73 crore).
