India, Oct. 1 -- Escorts Kubota's Agri Machinery Business sold 15,214 tractors in September 2026, compared with 18,267 units in the same month last year, marking a decline of around 17% year-on-year.

Domestic tractor sales stood at 14,911 units, down from 17,803 units in September 2025. The company said the year-on-year comparison was impacted by the higher base created by the GST rate reduction last September, along with the shift in the festive season to October this year.
