India, June 1 -- Escorts Kubota reported a strong performance in May 2026, with total tractor sales rising 18.9 per cent year-on-year to 12,310 units, driven by healthy demand in the domestic market.
The company had recorded sales of 10,354 tractors in the corresponding month last year. Domestic tractor sales witnessed an even stronger growth trajectory, climbing 22.5 per cent to 11,887 units in May 2026 from 9,703 units a year earlier.
The robust growth in domestic volumes highlights continued momentum in the agricultural machinery segment and reflects improving demand conditions in rural markets.
