India, Aug. 26 -- DMR Engineering Ltd has secured an international order from Ta Dam Energy Consulting Co. Ltd. for providing engineering consultancy services for the Nam Phak Downstream Hydropower Project in Lao PDR.
The contract, valued at USD 200,000, involves engineering consultancy services and is expected to be completed within 12 months.
The order has been awarded by a foreign entity and does not involve any interest from DMR Engineering's promoter, promoter group or group companies. The company also said the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
