India, July 29 -- Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Rajan T.K. as an Additional Director in the Non-Executive Independent Director category for a five-year term, effective July 29, 2026.
The bank will seek shareholders' approval for the appointment within the prescribed timeline, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Dhanlaxmi Bank also confirmed that Mr. Rajan T.K. is not debarred from holding the office of director by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other regulatory authority.
