India, Sept. 30 -- Dhabriya Polywood Ltd has received a work order/Letter of Intent from M3M Group for carrying out aluminium doors, windows and facade works.
The order is valued at Rs 17.40 crore, including GST, and is expected to be completed within 18 months in multiple tranches, as per the terms of the order.
The project has been awarded by a domestic entity. The company stated that neither its promoter group has any interest in M3M Group nor does the order fall under related-party transactions.
