India, Sept. 23 -- Dalmia Bharat Refractories has sold a 11.11% holding in RHI Magnesita India for Rs 826 crore through an open-market transaction, according to exchange data.
The company offloaded 2,29,41,224 shares of RHI Magnesita India in the transaction, as per block deal information available on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
RHI Magnesita India is a major supplier of high-grade refractory products, which are used in industries such as steel and other high-temperature manufacturing processes.
