India, May 25 -- Cyient Semiconductors has announced a strategic financing deal with funds managed by Edelweiss and its affiliated co-investors to support the expansion of its global semiconductor business.
The transaction includes an equity infusion of around USD 10 million (approximately ?100 crore), valuing the company at nearly USD 500 million (around ?4,600 crore) post-investment. In addition, the deal also includes structured debt financing aimed at strengthening the company's capital base and supporting long-term growth initiatives. The transaction remains subject to customary approvals and final agreements.
