India, Nov. 4 -- Crude oil prices advanced by Rs. 48, or 0.53%, to Rs. 9,152 per barrel in futures trading on Wednesday, tracking positive trends in international markets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), crude oil contracts for November delivery climbed Rs. 48 to Rs. 9,152 per barrel, recording a business turnover of 4,696 lots.
Market analysts attributed the upward movement to increased position-building by participants, which supported crude oil futures during the session.
