India, Aug. 26 -- Crude oil prices declined by Rs 132, or 1.68%, to Rs 7,705 per barrel in futures trading on Wednesday, tracking weak global cues.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), crude oil futures for September delivery traded lower amid a turnover of 5,216 lots.
Analysts attributed the decline to unwinding of positions by market participants, along with weak demand in the spot market.
