India, Oct. 6 -- Crude oil futures prices declined on Tuesday, tracking weak global market trends and subdued demand in the spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), crude oil contracts for October delivery fell Rs 114, or 1.32%, to Rs 8,555 per barrel, with a business turnover of 9,452 lots.

Analysts attributed the decline to selling by market participants amid weak spot demand and subdued global cues.
