India, Aug. 26 -- Cottonseed oil cake prices rose Rs 57, or 1.75%, to Rs 3,320 per quintal in futures trading on Wednesday, supported by fresh positions taken by market participants amid higher demand.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), cottonseed oil cake futures for September delivery traded higher with an open interest of 43,610 lots.
Market participants said increased demand for cattle feed, along with a rise in traders' positions, supported the uptick in cottonseed oil cake prices.
