India, Nov. 5 -- Cottonseed oil cake prices rose Rs. 18, or 0.41%, to Rs. 3,719 per quintal in futures trade on Thursday, supported by fresh positions created by speculators amid rising demand.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), December delivery contracts traded at Rs. 3,719 per quintal, with an open interest of 18,580 lots.
Market participants said increased demand for cattle feed and fresh buying by traders supported the upward movement in prices.
