India, Aug. 10 -- Cottonseed oil cake prices declined Rs 36, or 0.94%, to Rs 3,802 per quintal in futures trade on Monday, weighed down by weak demand in the spot market and reduced positions by market participants.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), cottonseed oil cake contracts for September delivery traded at Rs 3,802 per quintal, with an open interest of 16,650 lots.
Analysts said selling by participants at prevailing levels amid subdued market conditions put pressure on cottonseed oil cake prices.
